Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach
  • Conduct product demos and consultations
  • Manage pipeline and close deals

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote environment

Customer Support Agent

Be the voice of SpaOne POS. Help salon and spa owners get the most out of our platform through chat, email, and phone support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
  • Onboard new customers and conduct training sessions
  • Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements

  • 1+ years customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Empathetic communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and explaining technical products
  • Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish) a plus

Account Executive

Own enterprise-level accounts and help multi-location spa and salon businesses adopt SpaOne POS across their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with product and support teams on client needs
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of closing $50K+ ARR deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail tech preferred

Marketing Coordinator

Help grow the SpaOne POS brand through content, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships with industry influencers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Write blog posts, email newsletters, and case studies
  • Coordinate webinars and industry event participation
  • Track campaign performance and report on KPIs

Requirements

  • 1+ years marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or beauty industry
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing and social media tools
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
