- Document common issues and contribute to the knowledge base
Requirements
- 1+ years customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
- Empathetic communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical products
- Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish) a plus
